    Woolworths is the only supermarket in roxby. So it came as an unwelcome surprise that some shelves were empty!! Why?

    Due to the location of the supermarket, the choices are limited and not as fresh as you would expect from a branch of one of the largest supermarket chains in the country.

    Woolworths out here is a bonus, all food and prices were reasonable Fruit and vegetables seemed fresh

    That also being the reason for varying degrees of price differences. There's no competition within 100's of kms, therefore giving locals a 'like it or lump it' choice.
