  The best place in town to stay, is a little dated now and the nightly rate has not changed asking with the rest of the property market. The shaded teepee centerpiece is coated in Teflon which is unique and gives Roxby Downs a point of difference to other small towns. There used to be an Indian night on Wednesdays which was really good. The staff are friendly and polite.

  The bathroom is very hard to negotiate as there is a wardrobe adjacent the bathroom door so you cannot go straight in.

  When you use the shower you will need to put the towels on the floor to stop the water going out the door onto the carpet, the shower curtain will not stop it.
